This is what the public sees.
This is a demo of the charity store as it might be configured to bring awareness to the conservation of tree frogs. It is complete with a customizable front page that tells about the organization as well as many other customizable pages that allow you to tell your visitors how they can help your organization.
This is what management sees.
This series of pages is used to manage the store. To see how it works once you have logged in, click on the menu item Manage Products. What appears is a table of all the products in the store. Now pick a product and click on the left hand button View/Update Product to get to a screen with all the information on that particular item. Here is where you change descriptions, assign a product to a category, set the price and so on. Remember from the public site that there are two pictures
for each item on sale. If you are good at photoshop and can make your own pictures and thumbnails you might want to use the first two picture links to upload your photos. Otherwise use the third one for a picture of any size and the computer will do the resizing for you.
In the same way, you can manage the upcoming events, areas of need, gifts, donation amounts, and much more. You get the idea. These management pages are quite extensive. Explore them to your heart's content and if you need guidance on how it all works download the manual by clicking on the "Toolkit Manual" menu choice from within the administration area.
